The State Authority, Compensatory Afforestation Fund Management and Planning Authority (CAMPA), Andaman & Nicobar Islands invites applications from eligible and interested candidates for engagement of the following experts on a contractual basis for Financial Year 2026-27:

Eligibility Criteria
Forestry Expert
- Educational Qualification: Bachelor Degree in Forestry / Environmental Science or equivalent from a recognized University.
- Preference: Candidates having experience in forestry works, plantation or forest management.
- Computer Skills: Working knowledge of MS Office, GIS etc.
Accountant Expert
- Educational Qualification: Bachelor Degree in Commerce (B.Com) / Finance / Accounting from a recognized University.
- Computer Skills: Working knowledge of accounting software, MS Excel and financial reporting.
- Preference: Experience in government accounting / CAMPA / project accounting.
Age Limit (both posts): Not more than 65 years.
Roles & Responsibilities
Forestry Expert
- Assist in planning, implementation and monitoring of afforestation and conservation activities.
- Support in preparation of Annual Plan of Operation and progress reports.
- Field inspections, data collection and report preparation.
- Support in CAMPA activity execution and documentation.
Accountant Expert
- Maintenance of accounts, bills & vouchers and financial records.
- Preparation of financial statements and utilization certificates.
- Assistance in audits and compliance under CAMPA guidelines.
Selection Procedure
Selection will be carried out through a weightage-based evaluation system (Total: 100 Marks) followed by an interview.

General Terms & Conditions
- Engagement is purely temporary and contractual, initially for a period of 1 year, extendable based on performance and requirement.
- Remuneration is consolidated and inclusive of all allowances, with no additional benefits such as DA, HRA etc.
- The selected candidates will have no claim for regular appointment under Government service.
- No TA/DA will be admissible for the selection process.
- The authority reserves the right to accept or reject any application without assigning reasons.
- Candidates must be willing to work in remote and field conditions in the Islands.
