Eligibility
- Officers of the Central Government, State Government, Union Territories, Public Sector Undertaking, autonomous/statutory body, university or recognised research institute.
- Holding an analogous post on a regular basis; or at least 10 years’ experience in Group ‘A’ or equivalent service, including at least 5 years in Level 12.
- Bachelor’s degree from a recognised university and at least 5 years’ experience in administration.
- Desirable: experience in leather technology or the leather industry of at least one year; MBA.
- Maximum age 50 years on the closing date. The officer should be clear from the vigilance angle and not debarred from Central deputation.
