Qualification: LL.B Degree from a recognized University.
Enrolment: Must be registered as an Advocate with the Bar Council of India or the State Bar Council.
Practice: Currently practicing as an Advocate in courts located in Telangana.

Existing empanelled advocates of ESIC RO-Telangana shall cease to be on the panel after the new panel is finalized and must apply afresh.
Empanelment with ESIC does not confer any right/assurance of any kind that the applicant will be empanelled.
The list of selected advocates will be published on the ESIC website.
ESIC reserves the right to reject any application without assigning any reason or cancel the entire empanelment process at its sole discretion.
Confirmation letters will be issued to selected advocates separately.
