ESIC Tamil Nadu Region – Empanelment of Advocates 2026 (Chennai)
Employees' State Insurance Corporation (ESIC), Regional Office, Chennai invites applications for empanelment of Advocates to represent ESIC before the Madras High Court, National Company Law Appellate Tribunal (Chennai Bench), Central Administrative Tribunal, National Company Law Tribunal, State Consumer Forum, District Consumer Fora, Employees' Insurance Court, Magistrate Court, District and Subordinate Courts and other Tribunals/Judicial Fora within the State of Tamil Nadu and elsewhere, as assigned by ESIC (Notice dated 25.08.2026).
Eligibility
- Practicing advocates enrolled with the Bar Council of India / State Bar Council with professional experience as mentioned in Annexure-A.
- Qualifications, experience, schedule of fees and terms of empanelment are prescribed in Annexure-A.
- Advocates already on the existing panel of ESIC Regional Office, Chennai and Sub-Regional Offices at Salem, Coimbatore, Madurai and Tirunelveli must also apply afresh (the existing panel ceases with constitution of the new panel).
How to Apply
- Submit duly filled Application Form (Annexure-B for fresh applicants, Annexure-C for existing panel counsels) along with all supporting documents.
- Applications to be addressed to: The Regional Director (I/c), ESI Corporation, Regional Office, No. 143, Sterling Road, Nungambakkam, Chennai-600034.
- Last date: 08.09.2026 (by post or in person).
- Applicants should clearly mention the name of the courts & location for which application is made.

- ESIC reserves the right to accept/reject any application and to cancel, modify, postpone or withdraw the empanelment process in whole or in part without assigning any reason.
