ESIC Panel Counsel / Advocates Empanelment 2026 – Maharashtra

The Employees' State Insurance Corporation (ESIC), Regional Office-Maharashtra, Mumbai invites applications for empanelment of Advocates / Panel Counsel for 2026–29 (File No. T-11/12/2/2016-Legal). An indicative 366 vacancies/empanelment positions are to be filled across the Hon'ble Bombay High Court & its benches, Employees' Insurance Court, CAT and MM Court across Maharashtra.

Eligibility

• LLB degree and enrolled as an Advocate with the Bar Council.
• Court practice of 5 years (EI/MM Court) or 10 years (High Court/CAT) as on 01-07-2026.
• Must have own office with required infrastructure.

Remuneration

Per-case professional fees (no fixed salary). Existing panel advocates must reapply.
