Selection process: ESIC Faculty and Senior Resident Selection Process 2026 Selection is based on the candidate's performance in a personal interview before the Selection Board. The selection procedure may be altered at the authority's discretion if a large number of candidates appear. Results are displayed on the ESIC website. Selected candidates must join immediately upon receipt of the offer of appointment; failure to join by the stipulated last date leads to cancellation of appointment, and the next eligible candidate is automatically deemed selected.
