Eligibility Criteria
- Practicing Advocates registered with Bar Council of India or State Bar Council.
- Fulfil prescribed eligibility criteria as per Annexure-I (available on ESIC website).
- Willing to abide by terms and conditions specified in Annexure-I.

Important Notes
- The advocates who are on the existing panel of ESIC RO-Bihar office shall cease to be on the panel after the new panel is finalized. Therefore, they are also required to apply afresh.
- Application for empanelment does not confer any right/assurance that the applicant will be empaneled.
- List of selected Advocates will be made available on ESIC website: https://robihar.esic.gov.in
- ESIC reserves the right to reject any application without assigning any reason or postpone/cancel the entire process at its sole discretion.
- Letters confirming empanelment will be issued by ESIC separately.
