Salary: Fixed Consolidated Remuneration: For retired Govt/PSU employees (receiving pension from public fund) - Last Pay Drawn minus Pension; (not receiving pension) - Last Pay Drawn/2, or Rs. 1,50,000/- whichever is lower
Qualifications: B.Tech/B.E or equivalent in Civil/Mechanical/Electrical; MBA/PGBM in Marketing/Business Management is desirable; must be recognized by AICTE/UGC/Statutory Authority
Experience: Minimum 22 years post-qualification experience in business development, marketing, tendering, project acquisition, or consultancy in infrastructure/construction sectors
