East Godavari ASHA Posts under National Health Mission (Advt. No. 01/2026) 2026
Dated 15-09-2026 (Rc.No. HMF04-12021(34)/9/2022 dated 27-08-2026; Collector/DM orders).
The District Programme Management Unit, National Health Mission, East Godavari (Rajamahendravaram, Andhra Pradesh) invites applications from eligible women willing to work as ASHAs in their communities through the VHNC committees across rural areas — 44 village/ward posts (Anaparthi, Chagallu, Devarapalli, Gokavaram, Gopalapuram, Kadiyam, Korukonda, Kovvur, Nallajerla, Peravali, Rajamahendravaram Rural, Rajanagaram, Rangampeta, Seethanagaram, Undrajavaram, Rajahmundry Urban and others; full mandal/PHC/gramam table in the notification).
Eligibility (Rural)
- Resident: Woman resident of the village — preferably married/widow/divorced/separated, preferably age 25–45.
- Skills: Effective communication, leadership, community reach.
- Education: Literate with minimum 10th class + family/social support (relaxable if no suitable woman available).
Eligibility (Urban)
- Woman resident of the identified slum/vulnerable cluster (preferably of that group); preferably married/widowed/divorced/separated, 25–45; communication/leadership qualities + local-language fluency; minimum 10th class.
How to Apply
Submit the application with SSC certificate (DOB), VHNC resolution/approval, latest caste certificate (SC/ST/BC, else OC), Aadhaar/ration card and SADAREM disability certificate (PH quota) by hand to the concerned PHCs on or before 25.09.2026.
