Delhi Technological University (DTU), Shahbad Daulatpur, Bawana Road, Delhi-110042 invites applications for tenure-track appointments of Professor of Practice and Assistant Professor of Practice (Training & Placement) (Advt. No. 024/2026).

Vacancy Details

Educational Qualification

• B.E/B.Tech (any branch of Engineering/Technology) and MBA/PGDM (any specialization, preferably HR), first class in either.
• Asst. Professor: minimum 05 years industry experience (managerial level or above, pay not below Level-8; companies with annual turnover ≥ INR 500 crore).
• Professor: minimum 15 years industry experience (recruitment/HR processes or officer/in-charge T&P at degree-level institution), of which not less than 03 years at a position equivalent to Level-13A (7th CPC).

Age Limit

No age bar for application; superannuation age per DTU norms (max 65 years).

Selection Process

Asst. Professor: screening test → shortlist (max 15) → document verification → presentation & interview. Professor: shortlist 1:15 on industrial-experience score sheet → document verification → presentation & interview.
