Eligibility Criteria

• Diploma Apprentice: Relevant Diploma in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Civil/Environmental, ECE, IT/CS, etc.)

• Graduate Apprentice: Relevant Bachelor's degree (B.Tech, BCA, B.Sc., Bachelor in Library Science, etc.)
+
• NATS Registration: Mandatory registration on nats.education.gov.in before applying

Stipend

• Diploma (Technician) Apprentice: ₹10,900 per month
+
• Graduate Apprentice: ₹12,300 per month

Selection Process

1. NATS Portal Registration
+
2. Application submission by post to DTU
+
3. Screening of applications based on qualification
+
4. Document Verification / Interview of shortlisted candidates
+
5. Engagement as Apprentice Trainee for 1 year

How to Apply

1. Register on the NATS portal: nats.education.gov.in
+
2. Download the application form from www.dtu.ac.in
+
3. Fill the form in block letters with NATS Enrolment No., trade applied for, and qualifications
+
4. Affix passport-size photograph and attach self-attested copies of all certificates
+
5. Superscribe envelope: "Application for engagement of Apprentice Trainee (2026-27) applied for [Trade Name]"
+
6. Send by post to: The Assistant Registrar (Gen. Admin), Delhi Technological University, Shahbad Daulatpur, Bawana Road, Delhi-110042

7. Ensure it reaches on or before 31 July 2026

• The application form must be typed, not handwritten

• Upon completion of apprenticeship, DTU has no obligation to offer employment

• DTU reserves the right to increase/decrease vacancies or cancel the recruitment
