D&SJ South Salmara Mankachar Senior Administrative Assistant (UDA) & Bench Clerk Grade-III Recruitment 2026 – 4 Posts

Office of the District & Sessions Judge, South Salmara Mankachar (Assam) has invited applications from eligible candidates for filling up 04 vacant posts in the establishment of the District & Sessions Judge, South Salmara Mankachar. This is a departmental recruitment for serving staff of the District & Sessions Judges Establishments, Assam.

Vacancy Details

Eligibility Criteria

• The candidate must have served as Junior Administrative Assistant (JAA) in the District & Sessions Judges Establishment, Assam.
• Must have rendered not less than 5 (five) years of service on the 1st day of July 2026.
• Applications must be submitted through proper channel.

Salary / Pay Scale

• Senior Administrative Assistant (UDA): Rs.14,000/- to Rs.70,000/- + Grade Pay Rs.8,000/-
• Bench Clerk Grade-III: Rs.14,000/- to Rs.70,000/- + Grade Pay Rs.7,400/-

How to Apply

1. Submit the application in the prescribed standard form of application.
2. Send it through proper channel to the Office of the District & Sessions Judge, South Salmara Mankachar, District Court Complex, Fekamari, P.O.: Fekamari, PIN: 783135, Assam — either directly in the DROP BOX kept in the office of the undersigned or through post. No application will be received in any other mode.
3. Attach: i) three recent coloured passport size photographs, ii) experience certificate issued by the respective District & Sessions Judge, iii) self-attested copies of educational qualification and caste certificate, iv) copy of up-to-date service book, v) A.C.R. for the last three consecutive years, vi) NOC from the employer, vii) email ID and contact number of the candidate.
4. Superscribe the name of the post on the top of the envelope.
5. Applications must reach the office during office hours on all working days on or before 25.08.2026. No application will be received after the last date. The office will not be responsible for postal delay.

Selection Process

• The list of short-listed candidates and the date of interview will be uploaded on the official website of District Judiciary, South Salmara Mankachar (https://southsalmara.dcourts.gov.in).
• Candidates must bring original documents at the time of interview.
• No individual call letters will be sent to eligible candidates.
• Candidates will appear for the interview at their own cost; no TA & DA will be admissible.
• The Selection Board reserves the right to cancel, alter or modify the advertisement or other terms and conditions without assigning any reason.
