Essential Qualification (any one)

• Graduate degree in professional course (B.E./B.Tech.) in Computer Science/Computer Engineering/Data Science/Artificial Intelligence/Information Science in 1st Division from AICTE accredited Institute/University along with valid GATE/CSIR-NET/UGC-NET qualification; OR
• Post Graduate degree in professional course (ME/MTech) in Computer Science/Computer Engineering/Data Science/Artificial Intelligence/Information Science in 1st Division at both Graduate & Post Graduate level from AICTE accredited Institute/University.

Desirable Criteria

• Proficiency in Design and Analysis of Algorithms
• Comprehensive knowledge of Deep Learning and Natural Language Processing
• Expert in Python programming and experience in utilizing open-source development frameworks (PyTorch, Docker)

Fellowship Terms

• Stipend: Rs. 37,000/- + HRA per month
• Duration: 02 years (may be extended further & upgraded to SRF as per rules)
• Age Limit (as on interview date): Maximum 28 years (relaxation: 3 years OBC, 5 years SC/ST/PH)
• Selected candidates may register for PhD (External mode) during fellowship tenure.
• No TA/DA for attending interview/joining. Offer does not confer right for absorption in DRDO.

Selection Procedure

1. Screening of original certificates at reporting.
2. Written Test from 1000 hrs onwards on 19 September 2026.
3. Interview of written-test-qualified candidates on the same day. Selection purely on merit of interview performance.
