The Office of the Collector (Women & Child Development), District Raigarh (Chhattisgarh) invites applications for 02 contract posts at the District Level Women Empowerment Centre (WEC) established under the centrally sponsored umbrella scheme Mission Shakti (Integrated Women Empowerment Programme), for the safety, protection and empowerment of women.

Age Limit (as on 01.01.2026)
- Gender Specialist: 21 to 45 years (with relaxation applicable to Chhattisgarh local residents; maximum age with all relaxations not exceeding 50 years).
- IT Assistant: 21 to 35 years (with relaxation as per State Government directives; maximum age with all relaxations not exceeding 45 years).
- Chhattisgarh domicile is mandatory for the IT Assistant post (valid domicile certificate issued by competent authority). For Gender Specialist, CG residency is not mandatory but 02 bonus marks are given to Chhattisgarh local residents in merit.
Selection Process
- Merit on point system: up to 60 marks (percentage weightage in minimum qualification), up to 18 marks (02 marks per additional year of experience beyond minimum), 02 bonus marks (Chhattisgarh domicile) = total 80 marks merit.
- 20 marks for skill / written test.
- If more applications are received, 10 candidates per post shall be called for the skill test on the basis of merit.
Tenure
- Appointment on contract / lump-sum salary initially for maximum 02 years, extendable for 01 year at a time by the District Collector based on work performance, conduct and departmental need.
- Purely temporary; services may be terminated without assigning any reason.

- Applications in the prescribed format with required certificates and documents, self-attested / attested by a gazetted officer, must reach the Office of the District Programme Officer, Women & Child Development, Raigarh (C.G.), PIN 496001 by 30 November 2026, 5:30 PM.
- Applications sent only by Registered Post / Speed Post / Courier will be accepted.
- Separate application required for each post. Write the post name on the envelope and in the application; mention sender's full name and address (with e-mail and mobile number).
- Attach a self-addressed envelope affixed with a ₹10 postal stamp.
- Applications received after the due date will not be considered. Incomplete or unclear applications will be rejected without any separate notice.
