Eligibility
- MBBS degree from a medical institution recognised by the National Medical Commission (NMC).
- Valid registration with the NMC or a State Medical Council.
- PG degree is not mandatory; candidates with a PG degree may attach the certificate and marksheet.
- Experience is not mandatory; experience certificates, if any, may be attached.
- Candidates must be medically fit and should not have been convicted by any court of law.

- Fill the form and attach self-attested copies of matriculation certificate, MBBS degree and marksheets, PG certificate/marksheet (if any), NMC/State Medical Council registration, experience certificate (if any), caste/income certificate (if applicable), recent passport-size photograph and Aadhaar card.
- Send the complete application by hand, Registered Post or Speed Post to: The Deputy Commissioner-cum-Chairperson, 2nd Floor, District Mineral Foundation Trust (DMFT), Office of the Deputy Commissioner, Chatra, Jharkhand – 825401.
