District Legal Services Authority, Koraput-Jayapur – Selection of Para Legal Volunteers (PLVs)

The District Legal Services Authority (DLSA), Koraput-Jayapur, including all Taluka Legal Services Committees (T.L.S.Cs.) of D.L.S.A. Koraput-Jayapur, invites applications in the prescribed format from willing candidates for being enrolled as Para Legal Volunteers (PLVs).

Qualification to be enrolled as a PLV

• Must be a resident of Koraput District.
• Must be literate, preferably matriculation/intermediate, with a capacity for overall comprehension.
• Must have a mindset to assist the needy in society coupled with compassion, empathy and concern for the uplifting of marginalized and weaker sections of the society.
• Must have unflinching commitment towards the cause, which should be translated into the work he/she undertakes.

Important Points

• Honorarium basis only: the work of PLVs does not carry any salary, remuneration or wages, except the honorarium on specific assignments fixed by the D.L.S.A./T.L.S.Cs of Koraput from time to time.
• Candidates are required to fill up all the columns in the application form neatly and correctly, and put their signatures at appropriate places.
• Applications shall be sent through speed post / courier / by hand, addressed to: The Secretary, D.L.S.A., Koraput-Jayapur, A.D.R. Building, Inside District Court Premises, Jayapur, Pin: 764001, so as to reach the office on or before 14.10.2026 by 05:00 PM.
• No TA/DA is payable.
