The District Legal Services Authority (DLSA), Gaya invites applications from eligible advocates for constitution of the panel of advocates for DLSA Gaya and the Sub-Divisional Legal Services Committee, Sherghati, under Advertisement No. 02/2024. Applications by hand are accepted on working days from 15-10-2026 to 05-11-2026 up to 5:00 PM.

Remuneration is by way of honorarium as per DLSA/NALSA norms for panel advocates (not a monthly salary).
Eligibility
Applicant must be: (1) a citizen of India and a resident of Gaya district; (2) an active member of the District Bar Association, Gaya or the Sub-Divisional Bar Association, Sherghati; (3) have more than three years of experience in the legal profession; (4) interested in legal-services work; (5) of good character and physically & mentally sound; (6) must disclose (on affidavit) any criminal case registered/pending against them, any conviction, or any disqualification from holding a post of responsibility.
How to Apply
Submit the prescribed application (with self-attested passport photo and Bar Council / Bar Association membership proof) by hand to the Secretary, DLSA, Gaya (Old Commissioner Building, near Guest House, A.P. Colony, Gaya, PIN-823001) and/or the Secretary, Sub-Divisional Legal Services Committee, Sub-Divisional Civil Court, Sherghati, within office hours up to 5:00 PM.
