Office of the Deputy Director (D), Delhi Jal Board, Varunalaya Phase-II, Karol Bagh, New Delhi
The Office of the Deputy Director (D), Delhi Jal Board (DJB) has invited applications from eligible officers of the Central/State Governments/Union Territories for filling up the vacant posts of Administrative Officers / Zonal Revenue Officers (09 posts) on deputation basis in Delhi Jal Board. Deputation is initially for a period of one year (extendable for a maximum period of 03 years, one year at a time) or till the posts are filled up on a regular basis through DSSSB, whichever is earlier.

How to Apply
- Step 1: Download the application proforma from the website www.delhijalboard.nic.in.
- Step 2: Applications of willing and eligible officers, who can be spared in the event of their selection, should be forwarded in the prescribed proforma, through proper channel, along with complete Bio-data, Integrity Certificate, Vigilance Clearance, Cadre Clearance and ACR dossiers for the last five years.
- Step 3: Applications should reach the office of the Deputy Director (D), Delhi Jal Board on or before 06 September 2026 through proper channel. Eligible candidates may send their advance copy on or before 25 August 2026.
- Step 4: No application received after 06.09.2026 OR incomplete/direct application will be entertained.
Important Instructions
- Period of deputation including period of deputation in another ex-cadre post held immediately preceding this appointment in the same or some other organization/department of the Central Government shall ordinarily not exceed three years.
- Departmental officers in the feeder category who are in the direct line of promotion will not be eligible for consideration for appointment on deputation. Similarly, deputationists shall not be eligible for consideration for appointment by promotion.
- Delhi Jal Board follows the Rules / Regulations / Instructions of the Govt. of India; the laid down terms and conditions of deputation of the Govt. of India shall be applicable mutatis mutandis.
