Digital India Corporation (DIC) invites applications for one Senior Manager - Government Partnerships & Business Development post under Advertisement No. DIC/10/2026/22. The role involves leading engagement with Central and State Government departments, public sector institutions and strategic partners, developing business opportunities, coordinating proposals and bids, and converting qualified opportunities into sustainable engagements. The position is purely on a contract/consolidated basis and the place of posting is Noida or New Delhi, with transferability to project locations.

Eligibility

• Graduate degree in any discipline from a recognised university.
• Postgraduate qualification in Management, Business Administration, Public Policy, Public Administration or a related field is an added advantage.
• Minimum 12-16 years of relevant professional experience.
• Substantial experience in government relations, public-sector business development, institutional partnerships, government consulting or client acquisition.
• Demonstrated experience engaging with Central/State Government departments, public sector institutions or autonomous bodies.
• Experience in proposal development, EOI/tender/RFP responses, partnership development and bid coordination.
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams for proposals and business documents.

Post-wise Qualification

• Senior Manager - Government Partnerships & Business Development: Graduate in any discipline; postgraduate in Management/Business Administration/Public Policy/Public Administration preferred.

Age Limit

Maximum age as on the last date of receipt of applications, as per DIC policy. The notice does not prescribe a separate numerical upper age limit.

Selection Process

Applications will be shortlisted through an objective evaluation matrix based on educational qualification, relevant experience, domain expertise, certifications, publications and other criteria approved by the Competent Authority. Only shortlisted candidates will be invited for interview. Fulfilment of eligibility does not confer a right to be shortlisted.
