Digital India Corporation (DIC), set up by the Ministry of Electronics & IT, Government of India, is inviting applications for the position of Junior Backend Developer (1 post) purely on Contract / Consolidated basis for the Academic Bank of Credits (ABC) project, vide Advt. No.DIC/Academic Bank of Credits/10/2026/15 dated 15.10.2026.

Eligibility
- Age: 25–35 years (maximum age as on the last date of receipt of applications).
- Education: B.E. / B.Tech. / MCA or any equivalent degree with excellent analytical and software development skills.
- Experience (4+ years in IT industry, hands-on coding): minimum 4 years writing Python jobs for large-scale data processing; 3+ years PHP / PHP frameworks; 1+ year AWS components in container-based applications; Scrum/Agile; led a technical team of at least 2 developers.
- Knowledge: PHP, Python scripting, NoSQL + SQL databases; AWS stack (S3, EC2, ECS); full SDLC incl. automated testing & continuous deployment.
- Core responsibilities: scalable RESTful APIs & microservices on AWS; optimized Python backend scripts for large data volumes; code quality; mentoring developers.
