Post

• DevOps – 01 position
• Place of posting – Delhi/NCR, but transferable to project locations of Digital India Corporation as per the existing policy of DIC.

Roles and responsibilities

• Experience in managing and maintaining cloud-enabled applications in Dev/UAT/Production environments.
• Server management, including provisioning, setup, scaling, performance monitoring, bandwidth management and latency optimisation.
• Application security management, including vulnerability management, access controls, firewall/WAF configuration, intrusion detection, encryption, security audit support and incident response.
• Experience in cloud security controls, including IAM, TLS/HTTPS-based secure communication, data encryption at rest and in transit, API gateway security and regular security testing support.
• Experience in scalability and high availability, including horizontal scaling, auto-scaling, load balancing, redundancy, caching, CDN, database replication and fault tolerance.
• Monitoring and logging experience using cloud monitoring tools, centralised logging, structured logs, log rotation, alerting and troubleshooting through logs/metrics correlation.
• Backup and disaster recovery experience, including data backup, verification, redundancy, restoration, DR planning and business continuity support.
• Demonstrated experience in implementing and managing CI/CD pipelines, cloud infrastructure, automation and scalable deployment environments, supported by published case studies, technical blogs or open-source contributions.

Qualifications and experience

• 3+ years of relevant experience
• B.E./B.Tech./MCA or equivalent degree in IT/CS

Remuneration

Consolidated remuneration shall be commensurate with qualifications and experience within the approved project norms.

Selection

Shortlisting shall be carried out through an objective evaluation matrix based on educational qualification, relevant experience, domain expertise, certifications, publications and other criteria as approved by the Competent Authority. Mere fulfilment of eligibility conditions shall not confer any right to be shortlisted. Only shortlisted candidates shall be invited for selection interviews.
