Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and payroll support
• Ensure compliance with General Financial Rules (GFR), Government of India guidelines, and other applicable regulatory frameworks
• Support month-end and year-end closing processes, including preparation of financial statements and schedules
• Process vendor payments and employee reimbursements within defined timelines
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, including GST, TDS, and Income Tax
• Maintain and reconcile bank statements, balance sheet accounts, and other financial records
• Work on ERP/accounting systems (e.g., Tally) for accurate financial data management and reporting
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
