ANM (Auxiliary Nurse Midwifery) – DHS A&N Walk-in Interview 2026
The Directorate of Health Services, A&N Administration, Sri Vijaya Puram will hold a Walk-in Interview for engagement on short-term contract basis for a period of 06 (six) months for the post of ANM (Auxiliary Nurse Midwifery) for 51 (fifty-one) posts in the Conference Hall of the Directorate of Health Services, Sri Vijaya Puram.

Eligibility Criteria
Essential Qualifications:
- Passed Senior Secondary Examination (XIIth Std.) from a recognized Board / Institution.
- Must have passed ANM Certificate Course with valid ANM training certificate from a recognized Institute.
Age Limit: 18–38 years for Female candidates only (age as on 21.09.2026).
How to Apply
- Download the prescribed application form from the notice.
- Fill the form and attach self-attested copies of proof of age, educational qualifications, ANM training certificate, Aadhaar Card, PAN Card and one recent passport-size photograph.
- Submit the application offline to The Director of Health Services, A&N Administration, Sri Vijaya Puram – 744101 on or before 21 September 2026 up to 4:00 PM.
- Candidates should bring their original certificates / documents for verification at the time of interview. Report at least 01 hour prior to the scheduled interview date and time.
Terms & Conditions
- Appointment is purely on contract basis for a period of 06 months or till the posts are filled on regular basis, whichever is earlier; can be terminated at any time without assigning any reason.
- No TA/DA shall be paid for attending the Walk-in-Interview or for joining the contract appointment.
- Selected candidates may be posted to any Health Institution under the Directorate of Health Services.
- The leave availed shall be governed as per Leave Rules of Appendix–II vide GOI, DoPT O.M. No. 12016/1/90-Estt (L) dated 12.04.1985 as amended.
- No right or privilege to claim regular appointment.
