- Permanent resident of West Bengal (Howrah district residence is required for Community Health Assistant posts)
- Age between 21 and 40 years as on 01.01.2026, with relaxation as per Government norms
- Proficiency in Bengali / local language and dialect
- Must fulfil the post-wise essential qualification and registration requirements (WB Nursing Council / WB Pharmacy Council, as applicable)
