Compensation & Benefits
Deputation: Compensation on deputation basis will be governed by the DERC (Management & Development of Human Resources) Regulations, 2001 and DoP&T OM No. 6/8/2009-Estt. (Pay) (II) dated 17.06.2010. Deputation tenure shall not exceed three years in the first instance, extendable/renewable up to a maximum of six years.
Contract: Pay & allowances on contract basis will be regulated as per Temporary Govt. Servant Rules; consolidated pay remains fixed for the contract period. Contract tenure shall not exceed three years in the first instance, extendable up to a further three years.
Lease Accommodation (Deputation only): Private Secretary ₹54,643/month; Personal Assistant ₹51,508/month; Steno-cum-Computer Operator ₹51,508/month; Clerk-cum-Computer Operator ₹29,315/month; LDC ₹22,853/month (subject to revision).
Selection Procedure
The preferred mode is deputation; if suitable candidates are not available on deputation, posts can be filled on contract basis. Merely fulfilling the minimum qualifications does not entitle a candidate to be called for interview; more stringent criteria may be applied for short-listing candidates to be called for skill test/interview.
