- Must be an enrolled member of Delhi Civil Defence Corps from Central North District (new jurisdiction) or erstwhile District Shahdara.
- Must have previously performed Call Out Duty in Central North District during 01.01.2026 to 30.09.2026.
- Valid tenure, renewal application as per SOP, completed Basic Training/Foundation Course, and attended Mega Mustering (11.05.2025 & 17.05.2026).
- This call-out is restricted to existing eligible CDVs (not a general public recruitment).
