Research Associate (RA)
- Ph.D. or equivalent degree in Electronics / Physics (with specialization in Electronics) with at least three research papers (on HEMT) in Science Citation Index (SCI) Journal. (Age limit: 35 Years)
OR - M.E. / M.Tech. (with valid NET and/or GATE score) with 3 years of research experience in the field of semiconductor materials device fabrication, characterisation, modelling, and simulation with at least one research paper in Science Citation Index (SCI) Journal. (Age limit: 35 Years)
Project Associate-I
- B.Tech. / M.Sc. in Electronics / Physics with Electronics / 4 Years B.Sc. in Electronics / Physics. (Age limit: 27 Years)
Application Procedure
- Interested candidates must apply with their CV along with scanned self-attested copies of educational certificates and mark sheets, class XII onwards; a self-attested scanned copy of UGC-NET / CSIR-NET / GATE qualified certificate; and self-attested scanned copies of proof for research experience, special achievements and publications, if any. Soft copies of all the above documents (pdf format) must be emailed to the Principal Investigator at [email protected] with the subject “Application for Research Associate (1) and Project Assistant (2) position, CARS-DRDO Project”.
- Only shortlisted candidates will be informed through email and called for interview in person, with originals of degrees, certificates, and date of birth proof, along with any other relevant information (like copies of publications, awards, etc., if applicable).
- The position is temporary and for a period up to 31.03.2027 (likely to be extended for the next 6 months). If the candidate’s performance is found unsatisfactory, the position can be terminated with 1 month’s notice.
- No TA/DA will be paid for attending the interview.
