Qualification
Graduation Degree in Geographical Information System (GIS), Geoinformatics, Geo-spatial studies, or any related/equivalent course from a recognized University/Institute.
Required Skill-set
- Experience in GIS-based mapping, digitisation, geo-referencing, and handling/interpretation of satellite imagery.
- Proficiency in the use of GIS-based datasets and tools, along with working experience in AutoCAD software.
- Working knowledge of cadastral maps for planning purposes on GIS platforms and use of satellite imagery for urban planning exercises.
Experience
Minimum One (01) year of relevant professional experience in GIS/GIS-based urban planning and related activities.
Remuneration & Terms
- Fixed consolidated remuneration of Rs. 50,000/- per month.
- 5% Annual enhancement on base rate (proposed remuneration) will be applicable on the recommendation of HoDs concerned on the basis of performance. In no case, the remuneration shall exceed 1.25 times of the initial remuneration.
- DDA may extend the contract period further depending on requirement and satisfactory performance, reviewed annually.
- Posts are temporary; engagement purely contractual for initially 01 year; confers no right to permanent employment.

- Only shortlisted candidates will be called for interview as per criteria devised by DDA.

- No TA/DA will be paid for attending the interview.
- Bring all documents/certificates related to qualification, experience, 02 passport-size photographs in original along with one set of self-attested photocopies on the date of interview.
- Selection criteria includes marks in essential qualification, relevant experience and interview.
