Educational Qualification

Candidates must possess EITHER of the following:

• Option A – Master's Degree in any one of the following subjects, from a university recognised by the University Grants Commission:
  • Social Work / Sociology / Child Development / Human Rights / Public Administration
  • Psychology / Mental Health / Law / Public Health / Community Resource Management
• Option B – Bachelor's Degree + PG Diploma: A graduation degree from a UGC-recognised university in Social Work / Sociology / Child Development / Human Rights / Public Administration, AND a Post Graduate Diploma in Women and Child Development / Psychology / Mental Health / Law / Public Health / Community Resource Management.

Experience Requirement

• 2 years of experience in project formulation and implementation, monitoring and supervision in the Social Welfare sector and the Women and Child Development sector.
• Preference will be given to candidates having experience in the Social Welfare and Women and Child Development departments.

Computer knowledge is mandatory for both posts.
