- Minimum age 45 years as on the last date of online application (13.10.2026); internal candidates need 2 years residual service, others 3 years residual service with reference to superannuation age of 60 years
- Executive Director (Operations & Technical): Graduate in Engineering with good academic record OR Certificate of Competency as Master (FG) / Dredge Master Grade-I / MEO Class-I / Dredge Engineer Grade-I
- Executive Director (Finance): qualified CA or CMA
- Management degree from a reputed institution is an added advantage for both posts
- Minimum 25 years post-qualification experience (20 years for internal candidates)
- Private sector applicants: 5 years as Head of Department reporting to Director / MD / CEO with Rs. 45 lakhs+ salary in a listed company of Rs. 500 Cr+ turnover
- PSE / Govt / Autonomous applicants: presently in E-7 grade (IDA Rs. 100000-260000) with minimum 4 years in the grade or equivalent
- Must be employed in regular capacity (not contractual / ad-hoc) on the date of application and interview
- Shipping, Ports, Dredging and Project Management experience preferred

- Posts: Executive Director (Operations & Technical) - 01 post; Executive Director (Finance) - 01 post
- Scale of pay: Rs. 1,20,000-2,80,000 with five additional increments on minimum basic (starting basic Rs. 1,39,130), plus HRA, DA, perks, leased accommodation, company vehicle, medical and superannuation benefits; total CTC Rs. 50-55 lakh at minimum of scale
- Age (as on last date of application): minimum 45 years; internal candidates need 2 years residual service, others 3 years residual service with reference to superannuation age of 60 years
