DBEO Mirzapur Academic Resource Person (ARP) Recruitment 2026

Office of the District Basic Education Officer, Mirzapur (Uttar Pradesh) has invited applications from teachers working in Basic Education Council-run primary/upper primary schools for selection to the remaining vacant posts of Academic Resource Person (ARP) under Samagra Shiksha Abhiyan, Mirzapur. Notification No. SSA/प्रशिक्षण/2026-27 dated 05.08.2026 (in pursuance of State Project Director directives letter No. Gun.Vi/ARP/2058/2026-27 dated 24.06.2026 and Govt. Order No. 1/358920/2026, 68-5099/375/2025 dated 15.06.2026).

Vacancy Details (Block-wise)

Eligibility Criteria

• Educational Qualification: Graduation (स्नातक) degree along with a recognized teacher training qualification (B.Ed/BTC/D.El.Ed etc.).
• Teaching Experience: Minimum 5 years of teaching experience in Basic Education Council-run primary / upper primary schools.
• Service Limit: Minimum 5 years of service remaining before retirement from the date of consideration.
• Clean Record: No pending departmental enquiry, and no prior disciplinary action proved against the applicant.
• Only regular teachers working in council-run primary / upper primary schools can apply.

Selection Process

• Written Examination: 70 marks (subject-wise).
• Interview: 30 marks.
• Candidates securing 60% or more in the written examination are eligible for the interview.
• Final merit list prepared on the basis of combined marks of written test and interview.

Salary / Tenure

• Salary continues to be drawn from the parent working school; no increment or change in pay scale.
• Monthly travel allowance (TA) admissible as per State Project Office guidelines; no other incentive.
• Tenure initially 1 year, renewable annually on satisfactory performance appraisal by the District Selection Committee, up to a maximum of 3 years.

How to Apply

1. Download the prescribed application format from the district website (mirzapur.nic.in) or obtain it from the District Headquarters / Block Resource Centres (BRC).
2. Fill the form, attach recent passport-size photograph, self-attested copies of all educational/professional certificates, a notary affidavit on Rs. 10/- non-judicial stamp paper (declaring no pending enquiry/action), and a forwarding certificate from the concerned Block Education Officer (BEO).
3. Mention the applied post and development block in bold letters on the envelope.
4. Dispatch via Registered Post / Speed Post to the Office of the District Basic Education Officer, Mirzapur to reach on or before 17.08.2026. Applications received late or not in the prescribed format will be rejected.
