- Assistant Manager (General): two-year Post Graduate Degree/Diploma in any discipline.
- Assistant Manager (Technical): B.Tech in Agriculture/Food Technology/Food Management/Biotechnology or specified equivalent.
- Assistant Manager (Finance): Graduate in Commerce with three years post-qualification experience, or graduate with CA/CMA Intermediate.
- Assistant Manager (Engineering): B.E./B.Tech in Civil, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
- Junior Executive (General): Graduate in any discipline with working knowledge of computers and MS Office.
- Junior Executive (Technical): B.Sc. in Agriculture/Botany/Zoology/Biotechnology.
- Age 18–28 years as on 15.11.2026, with relaxation for reserved categories as per rules.
