Project Details
ANRF-ARG sponsored project OvaDetect - a multi-modal AI framework for early-stage ovarian cancer detection and risk stratification using contrast-enhanced CT imaging in Indian clinical settings. Work covers deep learning models for quantification of ascites and pelvic mass and radiomics features and biomarkers for early detection. Technical contact: Dr. Manas Kumar Nag, manas.nag@curaj.ac.in, Department of Biomedical Engineering. Tenure 1 year, extendable up to 1 more year on satisfactory performance. University hostel accommodation may be provided subject to availability.
