- B.E./B.Tech in Electronics & Communication, Electronics & Instrumentation, Computer Science or equivalent; M.Sc in Computer Science/Electronics accepted for the imaging post
- Hands-on exposure to electronic circuit/board integration (Project 1)
- Knowledge of digital image processing, computer graphics, GPU computing, C++ and Python (Project 2)
- Experience in embedded systems and C coding (Project 3)
- Freshers eligible if they produce provisional certificate or consolidated mark sheet; upper age 35 years with 5 years relaxation for SC/ST/PwBD/female and 3 years for OBC (NCL)

- Project Associate-I (AI multi-sensory platform for essential oils) - 1 - embedded systems and C coding
- Stipend: Rs.31,000 + HRA with CSIR-UGC NET/GATE, otherwise Rs.25,000 + HRA
