Centre for Railway Information Systems (CRIS) invites applications from retired Railway officers for one Project Officer (Civil) at its New Delhi office on a post-retirement assignment for an initial period of one year.
Eligibility
- Retired Railway Officers from Junior Scale or Senior Scale (Pay Level-10 and above).
- Field experience in construction and maintenance of civil engineering assets, with domain knowledge of civil engineering.
- Experience of estimates, drawings, budget allocation, works sanction, progress monitoring, tendering, procurement and official correspondence.
- Computer proficiency; the applicant must not be more than 62 years of age on the closing date and must not have retired more than two years ago.
Engagement
- Initial period: one year; shift duty and holiday working (including Saturdays and Sundays) required.
- Remuneration: as per CRIS norms.
- Closing date: 30 days from publication on the CRIS website (published 4 November 2026).
