Cochin Port Authority (CoPA), Willingdon Island, Kochi, invites applications from eligible candidates for appointment to the post of Master Tugs (Class – I) on a regular basis by Direct Recruitment. Notification No. A3/DR FOR MASTER TUGS/2026-S dated 23.10.2026.

Essential Qualification
- Certificate of Competency as Master (NCV) or Mate of a foreign going ship issued under the Merchant Shipping Act, 1958, or an equivalent qualification recognised by the Ministry of Shipping, Government of India.
