The Centre for Management Development (CMD), an autonomous institution under the Government of Kerala, invites online applications for appointment of Project Manager (on contract basis) — 2 posts at the Project Management Unit (PMU), TDB Enterprise Digital Transformation Programme, Thiruvananthapuram. The Travancore Devaswom Board (TDB), a statutory body under the Travancore-Cochin Hindu Religious Institutions Act, administers over 1,250 temples across southern Kerala. As per directions of the Hon'ble High Court of Kerala, TDB has undertaken an enterprise-level digital transformation with a dedicated PMU constituted under TDB, with Kerala State IT Infrastructure Limited (KITFRA) as Technical Consultant. Important Conditions

• Only candidates professing the Hindu religion shall be eligible to apply (TDB statutory requirement).
• No age relaxation for any category.
• Contract period: 2 years or until completion of the programme, whichever is earlier; extendable for one further term based on performance and requirement.
• 10% increment in remuneration for the second year, subject to satisfactory performance.
• Appointment of Project Manager is purely subject to approval of the Travancore Devaswom Board (TDB).
• Qualification must be from a recognised university/institute; applicants with equivalent qualification must submit an equivalency certificate from a competent authority.
• Selection process may include application screening, criteria-based screening, written test, skill/proficiency test, interview or a combination; only shortlisted candidates will be intimated via email/SMS/phone.
• CMD/PMU-TDB reserves the right to modify/cancel the notification or revise the number of posts.

Duties and Responsibilities (Annexure)

• Plan, schedule and track delivery of ERP modules across the five functional clusters (Governance; Finance; Revenue & Temple; Operations; Administration & Legal).
• Lead and coordinate development squads, Team Leads and technical resources in the PMU; conduct sprint planning, reviews and retrospectives; monitor resource performance and attendance.
• Coordinate the requirement documentation chain (AS-IS, BRS, BRD, BDS, SRS, FRS) with KITFRA, the Chief Software Architect and TDB domain experts; ensure traceability from requirement to delivered functionality.
• Undertake field visits to temples and TB offices for requirement validation, process study, inspection, data collection, user acceptance testing, rollout and training.
• Maintain project plans, risk and issue registers, change-control records and decision logs for a complete auditable trail.
• Prepare progress reports for the Special Officer, the Technical Committee and the Board, and inputs for status reports to the Hon'ble High Court of Kerala.
• Coordinate user acceptance testing, data migration, go-live and stabilisation, including the priority pilot for the Sabarimala season.
• Ensure adherence to approved architecture, security standards (RBAC, IAM, encryption, VAPT), audit-trail requirements, MeitY/CERT-In guidelines and the PMU's Policy Framework and SOP.
