KSRTC-SWIFT Anayara Terminal Recruitment 2026 – 5 Posts (Front Office Manager, Housekeeping, Security)

KSRTC-SWIFT Limited invites applications for appointment on contract basis to 5 posts at its Anayara terminal in Thiruvananthapuram. Notification No. KS-GL01/24/2026-GL-K-SWIFT, dated 13.10.2026.

Posts, vacancies and pay

• Front Office Manager cum Multi-Tasking-Technical Supervisor – 1 post – Rs.30,000 per month
• Housekeeping Staff – 1 post – Rs.15,232 per month + EPF + ESI
• Security Staff – 3 posts – Rs.15,842 per month + ESI + PF

Total: 5 posts. EPF and ESI benefits apply to the contract staff.

Eligibility

Front Office Manager cum Multi-Tasking-Technical Supervisor

• Plus Two / ITI / equivalent in any discipline
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel etc.)
• 15 years of work experience in a similar field
• Must be willing to work beyond normal office hours to coordinate the company's various operations
• Must be willing to travel in the KSRTC units where SWIFT buses are deployed

Housekeeping Staff

• Passed 7th class
• Working knowledge of Malayalam
• Physical fitness to carry out basic day-to-day cleaning work
• Working hours are 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, and may vary day to day as per the company's requirement

Security Staff

• Passed 7th class; men with the ability to read and write
• Preference will be given to those with military or paramilitary service experience such as ex-servicemen, BSF or CRPF
• Work experience is desirable
• Duty of 8 hours; candidates must be willing to work up to 12 hours

Age: 21 to 55 years as on the last date for submission of application, for all three posts.

Selection

Applications will be scrutinised and a short list prepared. Shortlisted candidates must clear an interview conducted by the Selection Committee constituted for the appointment. Admission to each stage of the selection process is purely provisional, and incomplete or unclear applications will be rejected.

• Attach self-attested copies of certificates proving educational qualification, work experience and age, along with a passport-size photograph
• Last date: 02.11.2026 before 5:00 PM. Applications not submitted online will not be accepted under any circumstances

Other conditions

• Selected candidates must produce a Police Clearance Certificate (PCC) from the police station of their place of residence within 10 days
• A medical certificate of physical fitness from a medical officer not below the rank of Civil Surgeon must be produced at the time of appointment
• The appointment confers no right to claim regular appointment in KSRTC, KSRTC-SWIFT or any other institution under the Government
• Appointment will be made only against available vacancies, and no rights accrue against that
• Selected candidates must enter into the prescribed contract with KSRTC-SWIFT
• Employees who remain absent without valid reason, commit indiscipline or breach the contract are liable to be removed without notice, and will not be re-engaged
• Employees who bring disrepute to the company through social media or other media will face disciplinary action, including removal from service
• Persons dismissed from KSRTC-SWIFT, or who absconded after entering a contract with it, need not apply
