ICAR-Central Institute for Research on Cotton Technology (CIRCOT), Mumbai invites applications from eligible candidates for Walk-in Interview for the following positions under temporary/contractual basis:

Eligibility Criteria

Young Professional-I (YP-I)

• Essential: Graduate with at least 60% marks in Computer Application/ Information Technology/ Computer Science/ Artificial Intelligence/ Operating Systems/ Software Engineering/ Computer Graphics from recognized University/ College.
• OR: Graduate Degree with at least 60% marks in Mass Communication/ Journalism/ Media Studies/ Film Production/ Videography or related discipline.
• Desirable: Knowledge of Videography, Film Production, Content creation, photo video editing.

Young Professional-II (YP-II)

• Essential: Graduate with at least 60% marks in Computer Application/ IT/ CS/ AI/ OS/ Software Engineering/ Computer Graphics with 01 year experience in relevant field.
• OR: Masters in Computer Application/ IT/ CS/ AI/ OS/ Software Engineering/ Computer Graphics from recognized University/ College.
• Desirable: Knowledge of Networking, Server, Linux and Docker.

Important Dates

Age Limit

• 21 to 45 years as on closing date of application.
• Relaxation: 3 years for OBC, 5 years for SC/ST, 10 years for PH candidates as per GOI rules.

Duration of Engagement

The engagement will be for one year, extendable for two more years (01 year at a time) subject to requirement and satisfactory performance. Maximum duration: 3 years (1+1+1).

Terms & Conditions

• Appointment purely on temporary/contractual basis.
• No right to claim regular appointment.
• Selected candidates will be posted at ICAR-CIRCOT, Mumbai.
• Govt./Private employees must produce No Objection Certificate (NOC) at time of interview.
• No TA/DA for attending interview.
• TA/DA admissible for domestic tour for official work as per ICAR Rules.
• Income tax/TDS deducted as per prevailing rules.
• Casual leave: 08 days per calendar year on pro-rata basis + 02 restricted holidays.
• Female YPs entitled to maternity leave as per Maternity Benefit (Amendment) Act 2017.
• YP-I must sign declaration of secrecy and NDA before reporting.
