Applicants should possess:
A Postgraduate degree with at least 55% marks in English Literature or a Social Science discipline such as:
Sociology
Anthropology
Gender Studies
Social Work
Political Science
Cultural Studies
Related disciplines

Desirable Profile
Preference will be given to candidates with:
Prior research experience
Strong conceptual and analytical skills
Proficiency in computer applications relevant to research

Key Responsibilities
The selected Research Assistant will:
Assist the Project Director and Co-Project Directors with literature review, data collection and analysis
Conduct interviews or surveys for research data collection
Support data entry, organisation and basic analysis
Prepare progress reports and presentations
