01. Engineer Production (Post Code-01) – 03 Posts
Qualification: Full-time Engineering Degree in Chemical/Cement/Ceramic/Materials Science/Mineral Process/Industrial Chemistry/Petrochemical Engineering OR M.Sc. in Chemistry/Materials Science/Cement Technology OR Diploma in Chemical Engineering/Cement Technology/Process Engineering.
Experience: 2 years post-qualification experience in Operation & Maintenance of cement/manufacturing/process industries, production & shut-down planning, critical spare parts planning, capex/project planning.
02. Engineer Mechanical (Post Code-02) – 03 Posts
Qualification: Full-time Engineering Degree in Mechanical/Industrial & Production/Mechatronics/Automobile/Manufacturing/Power Plant/Mining Machinery/Materials & Metallurgical/Robotics & Automation/Industrial/Thermal/Power/Production Engineering OR Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
Experience: 2 years post-qualification experience in Operation & maintenance of cement/manufacturing/mining/process industries, production planning, condition monitoring of plant equipment, coordination among departments.
03. Engineer Mining (Post Code-03) – 01 Post
Qualification: Full-time Engineering Degree in Mining/Opencast Mining/Mineral Engineering/Geological Technology (with mining/geology specialization)/Earth Resources/Mine Planning & Design Engineering.
Experience: 2 years post-qualification experience in Quarry management in open-cast mechanized mines, drilling, blasting, mine planning, excavation, safety regulations, production optimization. First/Second Class Manager's Certificate of Competency (under MMR1961) mandatory.
04. Engineer Electrical (Post Code-04) – 01 Post
Qualification: Full-time Engineering Degree in Electrical/Electronics & Instrumentation/Instrumentation/Power/Control & Automation/Mechatronics/Electronics & Communication/Industrial Electronics/Applied Electronics & Instrumentation/Electrical & Electronics Engineering OR Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
Experience: 2 years post-qualification experience in maintenance of ILMS, switch yard/sub-station up to 132 KV, electrical equipment, HT & LT motors, switchgear, transformers, power distribution systems.
05. Officer Material Management (Post Code-05) – 02 Posts
Qualification: Full-time Engineering Degree (Mechanical/Electrical/Industrial/Production/Manufacturing Engineering) OR Full-time PG Degree/Diploma in Materials Management/Supply Chain Management/Logistics & Procurement/Operations Management/Industrial Management/Inventory & Warehouse Management OR MBA/PGDM (Materials Management, Supply Chain, Operations).
Experience: 2 years post-qualification experience in material management, procurement, vendor management, inventory control, supply chain operations in cement/manufacturing/mining/process industries/PSU. Knowledge of SAP/ERP systems preferred.
06. Officer Marketing (Post Code-06) – 01 Post
Qualification: (A) Engineering Degree in any stream + MBA/PGDM in Marketing/Sales/Material Management/Supply Chain/Operation Management (1 year experience required) OR (B) Diploma in Engineering/Management/Marketing or BBA in Marketing (2 years experience required).
Experience: Sales & Marketing, Sales & Accounts, Market Development, Channel Management, CRM, Sales Planning & Execution, Competition Analysis, Billing & Dispatch Coordination, MIS and ERP Systems.
07. Officer Legal (Post Code-07) – 01 Post
Qualification: Full-time Bachelor's Degree in Law or Post Graduate Degree in Law from Bar Council of India recognized Colleges/Universities/Institutions.
Experience: 2 years experience as Advocate/Legal Consultant/Legal Assistant/Associate in law firm (enrolled with Bar Council) OR Law Officer in Legal Department of bank/financial institution/statutory corporation/company/State/Central Government. Bar Council Registration/Enrollment Certificate required.
08. Analyst Finance & Accounts (Post Code-08) – 02 Posts
Qualification: CA Inter/ICWA Inter or Full-time 2 years MBA (Finance).
Experience: 2 years experience in Finance & Accounts in any manufacturing industry/PSU.
