Cement Corporation of India Limited (CCI), a Government of India Enterprise under the Ministry of Heavy Industries, invites applications from qualified and experienced professionals for the following posts on Fixed Term Contract basis, including backlog vacancies. Advertisement No. CO/05/2026.
7 posts of Dy. Manager (E-2) are advertised – Production (1), Mechanical (2), Electrical & Instrumentation (1), Civil (1), Marketing (1) and Company Secretary (1). All posts are Unreserved (UR). One post of Marketing is reserved for Persons with Disabilities (PwD) – this is a horizontal reservation and is shown here in the description rather than in the category-wise vacancy table. Reservation for SC/ST/OBC/PwD/EWS is as per Government of India guidelines.
The contractual engagement shall be for a period of two years, extendable up to a maximum of four years, on the expiry of which the contractual engagement shall stand terminated automatically. Selected candidates can be posted at any Unit or Office of the Corporation.

Age, qualification and experience
- Upper age limit – 42 years as on 16.11.2026. Relaxable by 5 years for SC/ST, 3 years for OBC (non-creamy layer) against reserved positions, 5 years for PwD (over and above SC/ST/OBC relaxation), 5 years for candidates ordinarily domiciled in Jammu & Kashmir between 01.01.1980 and 31.12.1989, and as per rules for ex-servicemen and commissioned officers/ECOs/SSCOs with at least 5 years of defence service.
- Minimum post-qualification experience – 5 years for every post, of which at least 3 years must be in the cement industry. Post-qualification experience is reckoned from the date of passing the examination, that is the date of issuance of the degree or mark sheet. Only post-qualification experience is considered.
- Only Indian nationals are eligible to apply. Computer knowledge is essential for all posts.
- The posts under Post Codes 01 to 04 are not suitable for persons with colour blindness or visually handicapped candidates.
- All appointments are subject to medical fitness as per company rules.

Candidates are required to apply offline. The prescribed application form, in Word or PDF format, can be downloaded from the CAREER section of the CCI website www.cciltd.in. Applications must be submitted in the prescribed format in hard copy by post; no other means or mode of application will be accepted, and applications in any other format will be rejected.

Application fee – Rs.100 for UR / OBC / EWS candidates, by Demand Draft in favour of Cement Corporation of India Limited, payable at New Delhi, to be enclosed with the other documents. Applications without the Demand Draft will be summarily rejected. SC / ST / PwD / female candidates are exempted from the application fee. The fee is non-refundable.
Self-attested copies of the following must be enclosed – (i) proof of age (matriculation certificate showing date of birth); (ii) all qualification certificates and mark sheets from 10th, 12th, graduation and above; (iii) caste certificate in the prescribed Central Government format, for SC/ST/OBC candidates; (iv) EWS certificate as per DoPT guidelines; (v) experience certificate issued by the employer, with clear dates of joining and relieving; (vi) latest salary slip for Government and PSU candidates; (vii) Aadhaar card; (viii) PAN card. Private-sector candidates must enclose a CTC certificate from the latest employer; if not enclosed, only the salary slip will be considered.
Selection process
- Eligible candidates shortlisted on the basis of the declaration made in the application form will be called for interview. If required, a written test or group discussion may be conducted for shortlisted candidates before the interview.
- Where a large number of applications is received against a post, shortlisting will be done on the basis of relevant experience, current CTC or monthly pay and higher qualification, based on the documents enclosed.
- Shortlisted candidates must produce the original documents in support of eligibility at the interview, failing which they will not be permitted to appear. Sleeper class train fare for the shortest route is reimbursable for candidates called for interview, limited to the journey between the correspondence address declared in the application and the interview venue, and only where the distance travelled exceeds 50 km.
- Candidates shortlisted after the interview must appear for document verification with medical reports signed by the Chief Medical Officer of a Government hospital, in CCI's prescribed format and as per CCI's medical standards. Candidates found medically unfit will not be considered for document verification.
- Mere fulfilment of the eligibility criteria does not confer any right to be called for interview or appointment. Canvassing in any form will disqualify the candidate.
Other terms and conditions
- During the contract the candidate is eligible for IPD medical facility for self only, 20 days' leave per year (non-encashable, accumulable on extension of the contract), Provident Fund as per the EPF Act, travelling allowance as applicable to the E-2 level, and maternity leave as per Government of India rules.
- Those working in Government or a PSU may apply through proper channel, or submit a No Objection Certificate at the time of interview, or a proper relieving letter from the present employer in the event of selection.
- CCI reserves the right to relax age, experience, qualification and other qualifying criteria in deserving cases, and to cancel or amend the advertisement and/or the selection process. The number of positions filled may increase or decrease depending on requirement.
- Correspondence will be made by e-mail only, at the address given in the application form; no hard copies will be sent. Candidates must keep a valid personal e-mail ID and mobile number active throughout the recruitment process, and requests for change of mailing address, e-mail or mobile number will not be entertained.
- If any information furnished is found false or incorrect, or any material fact is suppressed, at any stage of selection or after appointment, the candidature or services are liable to rejection or termination without notice and legal action may be taken.
- A candidate having higher qualification will not claim or seek any benefit on that ground at any stage.
- Rejected applications will be weeded out six months after the date of interview or cancellation of the process, and no separate communication will be made.
- In case of discrepancy in the Hindi or any other regional language version, the English version will prevail. All disputes relating to this recruitment are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Delhi only.
