Eligibility Criteria
- Must have retired from Government / Statutory / Autonomous Bodies at the level of Director to the Government of India and above (Level 13 and above of the Pay Matrix as per 7th CPC).
- Candidates should not be more than 63 years of age on the last date of submission of application.
- Must have experience of at least fifteen years in the area of Media and Information, Education and Communication (IEC) activities.
Scope of Work
- Adopt a strategic, stakeholder-centric, multi-channel approach with clear and consistent messaging for diverse target groups through traditional and digital media platforms.
- Strengthen collaboration with local stakeholders, community-based organizations and influencers.
- Content development, media coordination, field outreach and monitoring of IEC activities.
- Extra working hours may be required in exigencies.
Remuneration
- Consolidated remuneration equivalent to last pay drawn minus pension, plus TA as per applicable rates under DoPT & DoE guidelines; fixed for the contract term; TDS as per rules.
- Retired employees of non-pensionable statutory bodies / organizations: fixed remuneration of Rs. 1,20,000/- per month.
