Bihar Shiksha Pariyojana Parishad - Empanelment of Advocates 2026
Bihar Shiksha Pariyojana Parishad (BSPP), an autonomous body under the Education Department, Government of Bihar, invites applications for empanelment of advocates to handle its legal matters before the Patna High Court. Letter No. MGT-01 dated 27.10.2026. Applications by registered / speed post must reach the office by 5:00 PM on 11.11.2026.

Eligibility

Mode of Selection
Advocates will be empanelled through an interview; only shortlisted candidates will be called. No TA/DA is admissible for appearing at the interview.

Submit the application in the prescribed format, typed on A4 paper with all pages in serial order and signed, in a sealed envelope superscribed ‘Application for empanelment of Advocates’, by registered or speed post, so as to reach the State Project Director, Bihar Shiksha Pariyojana Parishad, Shiksha Bhawan, Saidpur, Rajendranagar, Patna - 800004 by 5:00 PM on 11.11.2026. Advocates already empanelled with the BSPP must apply afresh. Any interlineation, erasure or overwriting will be treated as invalid, and the BSPP is not responsible for postal delay.
