Remuneration and Allowances
- Consolidated salary of Rs. 14,000 /- – 1000 x 5 – Rs. 19,000 /- per month.
- Annual performance incentive of Rs. 1,000 /- every year based on satisfactory review / performance of services rendered.
- Fixed Conveyance Allowance (FCA) of Rs. 1,000 /- per month on declaration basis.
- Mobile allowance of Rs. 300 /- per month.
- EPF, ESI and Gratuity as per rules.
- Rs. 5,000 /- Annual Medical allowance on declaration basis.
- Increments accrued shall be continued at the time of each contract period and the contract shall continue till the retirement age of 60 years or the project period, whichever is earlier.
Job Description
- Generally all subordinate work of the Institute, assisting the Director and other staff for smooth functioning of day-to-day activities.
- Upkeeping of the premises including office, training classrooms, dormitory, bathrooms, filing cabinet, visitors lounge etc.
- Filing of documents as per the direction of the office assistant / faculty / Director.
- Going to bank branches for bank work (e.g. passbook updating) as per the instruction of the Director.
- Any other work entrusted by the Director from time to time.
Contract Period, Leave and General Instructions
The contractual engagement is purely temporary and does not vest any right to claim regular appointment. The contract is valid for 3 years subject to annual review and renewal. Leave: Casual Leave 12 days, Privilege Leave 10 days, Sick Leave 10 days per year; Maternity Leave as per The Maternity Benefit (Amendment) Act 2017; Paternity Leave 15 days per child.
The selected candidate must submit a medical fitness report signed by a district level Medical Officer before joining. Termination or discontinuance requires one month notice or equivalent salary in lieu thereof.
