Eligibility
| Particular | Details |
|---|---|
| Education | Postgraduate degree in any discipline with Human Resources as one of the optional subjects; or a Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resource Management. |
| Experience | Worked in a senior capacity (Group B) in the Government of Karnataka scale ₹69,250–₹1,34,200 for at least 5 years, with an overall minimum of 20 years in Personnel/Administration/HR in a Karnataka Government department, State/Central PSU or large public limited company. |
| Other requirements | Experience in managing HR, service matters and cadre-related matters for various categories of employees; knowledge of Kannada is essential. |
| Tenure | 5 years, extendable based on performance and requirement; terminable with 3 months’ notice or pay in lieu. |
