Eligibility
- Full-time B.Tech./B.E. in Civil Engineering with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience; OR full-time Diploma in Civil Engineering with 6 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in civil construction, building maintenance and site supervision in residential and commercial areas.
- Good knowledge of construction materials, quality control and workmanship; ability to read basic civil drawings and take measurements as per BOQs.
- Basic computer knowledge, including MS Word and MS Excel, is desirable.
- Should not be above 40 years of age as on 1 October 2026.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day civil maintenance and repair works in buildings, hostels, staff quarters, roads, drains and other campus facilities, including plastering, brickwork, flooring, tiling, painting, waterproofing, roofing and concrete works.
- Supervise contractors, vendors and maintenance teams at site; monitor manpower, materials, tools and equipment and check the quality of materials and workmanship.
- Take and verify measurements of completed works against approved work orders/BOQs, assist in preparing measurement books, completion reports and bills, and verify works before recommending invoices for processing.
- Inspect campus infrastructure regularly to identify seepage, leakage, cracks, damaged plaster, flooring and drainage defects, and ensure timely rectification.
- Attend and close civil complaints received through the complaint management system, maintaining records of completed and pending complaints.
- Coordinate urgent repairs during heavy rainfall, water leakage or structural damage, and report unsafe conditions immediately.
- Identify material requirements, coordinate with the stores/procurement section and check material consumption at site.
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly progress reports and other official documents.
