BITS Pilani Hyderabad Junior Research Fellow (JRF) Recruitment 2026
Applications are invited for a Junior Research Fellow (JRF) (ONE) position on the ANRF-PMECRG funded project (ANRF/ECRG/2025/003443/PMS), under the supervision of Dr. Debanjan Polley, Assistant Professor, Department of Physics, BITS Pilani, Hyderabad Campus.

Fellowship
Rs. 37,000 per month plus 30% HRA for the first two years (JRF); Rs. 42,000 per month plus 30% HRA for the third year (SRF). As per DST norms, the amount may vary for non-NET/GATE candidates.
Eligibility
- Mandatory: First Class Postgraduate with M.Sc. in Physics
- Desirable: Strong background in Solid-State Physics, Optics and Magnetism; prior experience in thin-film/nanostructure preparation, SEM, XRD, VSM; NET/GATE or equivalent qualification
