- Bachelor’s degree/B.Tech.
- 1–3 years of post-qualification experience, including 1–2 years handling academic laboratories.
- Experience conducting lab tutorials or administering labs in universities, colleges, educational institutions, EdTech/training, test-prep/assessment or skill-development organisations.
- Other skills: Windows Active Directory; Agile and Scrum fundamentals; basic knowledge of web applications, APIs, DBMS, cloud computing, virtual labs and computer hardware; exposure to DevOps, business/data analytics and project management; proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge of laboratory operations, equipment maintenance, inventory and safety practices; ability to support digital infrastructure, cloud-based systems and virtual laboratory environments.
