BITS Pilani – Associate, Digital Learning (Hyderabad Campus)
BITS Pilani invites applications for two Associate – Digital Learning positions in the Off-Campus Programmes and Industry Engagement (WILP) division, located at the Hyderabad Campus. The role reports to the Project Manager – Digital Learning and works closely with WILP students, faculty and non-academic staff.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide timely technical support to students, faculty and staff for online examination systems and digital learning platforms; assist users with navigation, access issues and troubleshooting.
- Assist in writing test cases for newly developed platforms and monitor platform performance in real time during scheduled assessments.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to connectivity, authentication, software errors and usability, and escalate critical issues to the DL team or vendor support.
- Support implementation of updates, patches and system configurations, and collaborate with development partners on maintenance activities.
- Manage user roles, permissions and account configurations, and support onboarding of new users.
- Maintain records of support requests, resolutions and incidents, and generate reports on system usage and user feedback.
- Deliver basic training and create user guides or FAQs to promote digital literacy and self-service troubleshooting.
